This was a really fun stop motion project. First we had to find a studio for the shooting with a really high ceiling in order to have a wide shot of Ionna (designer and for this video performer) lying on the floor.
Second I had to plan really carefully every single frame. I created an animatic with all the drawings and the 3d animation. Every single frame was projected on the floor and Ionna had to move in according with the projection.
In post production all the drawings where composed over the pictures. Umberto Nicoletti created all the amazing props you see in the video.
